By "free domain" do you mean www.example.TLD where somebody else has paid the registration or do you mean that you have myname.example.com as a subdomain?

In the former case the fact that the registration charge wasn't passed on to you should make no difference although you might be locked in to some other service with a fee payable for transfer. In the latter case having a "proper" domain may give a small advantage but I would go for it more for reasons of credibility and flexibility.

free domains , as in www.domain.country.net , full domains no worries .

but im more concerned how they are ranked , would they have a propblems with international rankings ?

or should i stick to using going only for the country specific search ?

I'm not an expert in that field but I know that the domain name is only one factor. Check out the Google boards as there have been lots of discussions around these issues there.

I would use the .com, however, ******.blogspot.com sites rank well.
