As usual Yahoo and MSN are behind the curve. The do not recognize nor index the new .me extension. Was told by YSM they don't allow .me to be used at this point.

There are several .me domains indexed by Yahoo Search. Not being permitted yet by YSM doesn't mean that they are not indexed.

YSM told me that you could use them as a destination URL but not as display until some unknown time in September.
