Hello Everyone,

I had purchased a domain before 2 years, last year i forget to renew that domain and that domain get listed in expired domain list. Now before 3 months i purchased that domain again.

Now i am running ecom site on that domain, but problem is i have many sites linking to me but google is not showing them.

when i use link: command or just search my domain in google it shows 3-4 pages full of sites that shows expired domain list. and i noticed that this number is increasing. can any one please tell me how can i remove my domain from that list.

Is there any central db where i can put a request to remove my domain from that list?

If I understand you correctly it appears that your website's domain is simply "outranked" by sites that report expired domains, including your website's domain.

There isn't a central database, at least not one for "fixing" your problem.

Sounds like it's time to visit Google's Webmaster Central?

Hello Webwork,

thanks for reply. As you talked about google webmaster central, i am already using it for sitemap. But i notice i am updating my site regularly, and there are lots of backlinks for my site. But google does not shows backlinks when i use link command.

I am afraid that may be my domain is suffering from google panelty. is it so?

Due to the expiration, cancellation and re-registration of the domain Google may not be crediting the backlinks. I'm not certain that Google will "un-do" this. The venue for asking is GWC. I'd have plenty of proof that you were the owner/operator of the earlier website IF the earlier site was a quality site that garnered quality inbound links naturally.
