Also, is it possible to present a page of sponsored listings for multiple pages on a single domain, or is an individual domain required for every page when using a domain parking solution.
I have also come across (but not used) a site that splits your type-in traffic between two different parking providers. You can then monitor the results over a fixed period (say a month or so) and see which one performs the best.
www.spliturl.com
(You'll need to provide the domain fowarding addresses from the parking providers not the name servers for this service - your parking providers will be able to suppy this to you)

The best services allow you to enter your own keywords, give you at least 50-75% of the earnings, have a good relationship with the major PPC feed providers (Google, Yahoo, MSN) so you get the highest per-click earnings, give you easy-to-use management tools and reports, provide fast and pleasant customer service, and pay on time.

Just the facts - the ones, as Ogden Nash once said, "you can look it up": Identify feed providers, the range of revenue shares, what you can do with the interface, how you can modify or optimize the landers, and other helpful or insightful facts such as those mentioned.
Thanks very much for your contributions to the general education of us all.

With regards to your portfolio, you can view your stats in a variety of formats, as well as view geographical traffic by continent. And when there were two days when my traffic was out of the norm, I got an immediate response from tech, with a detailed explanation. And the problem was fixed.
I'm still using other services with a variety of domains in order to find that best ROI, but I keep the bulk of mine at Name Drive.
My two cents.
In the latter case you might think twice before participating in a domain parking program, because it might cause old backlinks in Google to be invalidated if the domain was used for a popular website in the past. If you are planning to put up a website in a few months, rather leave the domain alone and develop your site. Existing backlinks which are not invalidated can make a huge difference in the start of a new website and revenue earned that way can easily be more than the money you get from a temporary parking program.
