Someone bought the .org of our domain name (the company name is trademarked). In addition, they have copied all of our info including our contact info and put it on their site (they have the same site layout, testimonials, etc). And their WHOIS information is fake.
What can I do? Their hosting company won't talk to me, I have tried to get them to take it down (I was successful in doing this before, but they switched to a new host).
