How To Migrate to Enom From Registerfly

I read on other thread that we have to transfer domains from Registerfly to enom but how.I never get an email from registerfly about it.

This page deals in this issue but will not give any info on how to transfer

did you get an email from enom regarding the domain? it will contain a link unique to your domian, if not then open a support ticket with enom explaining your situation :)

No email.
I send enom an email but they copied a long email without real help.
The summary of their email was to check my filtered/spam email.No mention of what to do if we did not get the email.
