Do not use ccTLD unless you specifically want to target that Country ...de,.It ,.Ie, .CN etc..

The exception would be small ccTLDS that have been marketed as Gtlds.. .WS .CC are the most recognized.

The SE's treat those 2 as Gtlds.

I personally have used .WS for the past 4 + years .

You can use whatever you choose. No problem at all. You just have to realise the consequences of not using a .com. Primary, you'll lose traffic to the .com, and second, your unlikely to get any type-ins. So, if your audience is worldwide, use a .com, always. Even if you have to change the domain name.

Let's say you are an engineering company with the name Bluebird. Bluebird.com may be taken, so you could try bluebirdengineers.com, bbengineers.com, bluebirdinc.com, bluebirds.com, blue-bird.com. If you have a product like jam, and jam.com is taken, you could try jamhut.com, jamjars.com, jamplanet.com, jamworld.com. You get the drift. Use a .com.

Nearly all domainer think .com is the best.

How about the customer?

Do they think ccTLD is not proffessional?or not serve for foreigner?

The type-in traffic only ever type-in .com names. That's why domainers think they're superior.

Definitely, TLDs are the best.

ccTLD are good if you have strong content based site or a good budget to work on promo. A little work on SEO will also be helpful.

Overall, if you targetting region specific, ccTLD can be the best deal, but what about down the line, say after 5 years? What you not like to grow? Would you not like to expand biz? Then, will you take risk of changing domain (ultimately brand?).

So, think wisely now and take decision smartly!
