I'm very Perplexed between
keyword1-keyword2.net and keyword1keyword2.ws
what is the prefered choice?

with that suffix ...neither

It comes down to brandability, and .net is used alot more then .ws. Consumers will remember the .net over .ws.

Definitely .net!

Always .net over .ws. It has more credibility.

Neither will get much type-in trafic. the .net because of the dash, and the .ws because of the .ws

Your challenge is brandability and content. This will be the same with either choice.

Ditto. .NET is used a whole lot more, and it will likely perform better over the longterm.
