Anyway, it sounds like your domain name has been registered through a reseller for an actual domain registrar. In an effort to expand their "market reach", domain registrars form as many reseller partnerships as possible (especially hosting providers).
Legal agreements, however, "force" the registrar to refer end-users to the reseller first before stepping in. If all means to get the reseller to help has been exhausted with no fruitful results, the registrar can step in.
First order of business is to exhaust all means of securing your login details with your reseller first. Contact them, if possible, and give them 24-48 hours.
If nothing happens, do a WHOIS lookup on your domain name. The line "registrar" will tell you who's the domain registrar to contact for further assistance.
Be sure to honestly yet explain in detail you've exhausted all means of reaching the reseller but have not responded at all. That might get the registrar to act quickly for you.
Hopefully if you're able to log inside your domain name account, unlock the domain, make sure its contact email addy is good, and get the so-called "auth code/EPP code/EPP key/transfer secret" from your current registrar. By Oct. 28 (although many registrars are now doing this), getting this "code" or "key" from your current domain provider will be required prior to transferring to another.
