I thought it was mentioned somewhere on WebmasterWorld on how to get involved, but I have not been able to find it again.
I've looked on ICANN's web site, but I followed the "how to get involved" links and end up at dead ends. I wonder if that's by design or poor design? ;-)
The turn around time is usually pretty good - at least you get an answer. I am not quite sure if they actually do something against the policies of these companies.

Please, everyone, lets all email him and as ccDan says, make sure you word it that "due to the clause that allows registries to determine their own pricing without limitation that would allow registries to implement variable pricing" or something to that effect, so there are no misunderstandings as ccDan was concerned about.
Let's list here what you've done so far and if it's ok, who you have contacted and what they've said.
