Domain Name with S or Z at the end? Help!

I have a name that I love and think it will be a great name for the type of market I need to reach. I am going to buy the .com, .org, .net. But should I buy the other 3 extentions for the same name with s or a z at the end also?

For Example:

Bizymom.com
Bizymoms.com
Bizymomz.com

Then also those names in the .org and .net.

I know this is already a site but this is just an example so I don't have to reveal the name I am choosing.

Ideally buy the com variant of the ones you want but if the budget can afford it, get all of them.
