Selling domain Question?

When placing a domain I have parked for sale to someone, any suggestions on completing the sale, such as how to transfer, or whatever else that would be important, such as fees and so on. these are at godaddy and I have someone who wants a couple of them.

I recently sold one of my domain name. I put up a for sale sign for the site (I had hosting with it), pointed out the PageRank, incoming links and the various spiders that crawled it regularly. My asking price was a flat $50 and I had a Paypal "Buy Now" button there. I honestly didn't expect to sell it, but much to my surprise, one Saturday morning I had $50 sitting in my Paypal account.

The domain name was registered with RegisterFly at the time and it was a simple process to transfer it. I just had to know the buyer's e-mail address.

They accepted it immediately and a few weeks later it was turned into junk and is completely unrelated to what the domain name conveys.

Oh well, I got my money less Paypal fees. :-)
