Could somebody please tell me what the cycle for deletion of org domains are?.
What is the usual deletion time period?.

Ha! your guess is as good a guess as any one elses.
PIR may have guidelines to expiring .org domains but they sure dont use it.Dot org domains can drop anytime though it seems they are not dropping early anymore.(i have seen domains drop within 10 days of their expiry date)
But they can stay in their system in redemption period for a mighty long time and who knows if there is any method to their madness!
I speculate that they are holding what they considered desirable .org domains longer to discourage speculators grabbing them and putting adult or other inappropiate sites(in their eyes) on them but I could just be extra sensitive.:)

But once it reaches pending delete isnt it 6 days like com and net?.
So is it at random times during the day then?
