Finding Similar Domains

Hi,

I am looking for a way to find domains that have already been registered that contain a certain keyword.

For example, I may want to find all the .com domains that have the word "forest".

Like:

DarkForest.com
ForestLake.com
BigForestFires.com

etc.

Does anyone know of a website that offers such a service?

Thank you in advance.

try the following:

whois.net / deleted domains search
dotster.com / expired domains

you shall be pleasantly surprised at the results.

good luck, and do report back with your findings.

Using whois from a Unix (or OS X) command line you can get all domains that start with "forest" by typing:

% whois forest.

(note the trailing dot).

Hi TheWebographer,

Try netcreaft.com (http://www.netcraft.com/?host=*Forest.com&position=limited&lookup=Wait..)

Go look at the Nameinator at [InternetHosting.com...]

it does exactly what you are looking for.
