I have found that if I have a link that uses javascript, and has a css background image, if you mouse off the link after clicking, and it takes a little time for the link action, that the IE globe stops spinning and the status bar on the bottom of the page disappears. It makes it seem as though nothing is going on. Has anyone encountered this issue?
