how to make a centralized menu

i want to learn how can i make a centralized css based menu, so that whenver i have to make changes in menu, i would just have to edit text in one file and it will reflect in all pages automatically.

I guess this would depend on how your menu is included on the rest of the website.

If you want to edit the text in the menu itself, then you'll need to have included it on all the pages via a SSI.

However, if you want to edit the look on all of them. Then as long as you've called the same stylesheet from each page, all you will need to change is the stylesheet code.
