Hello,

I love what you can do using an external css file. What's not clear to me: is resizing H tags considered a white or black hat SEO technique? Can spiders read css files?

I guess my question is: does text embeded in H tags have to look big or are these tags just a way of showing how important the words contained between H tags are?

Resizing hn elements is fine, provided that the headings are truly used as headings. Use them in order of priority, starting with h1.
