not yet.. but proposed in CSS3 border-image property [w3.org]

some fancy use of background images may achieve what you want though?

there is no problem when viewing it in FF, but the problems starts when it is being viewed in IE. in the navigation ang poll boxes the bottom curve wont be viewed in IE. if you have these brosers you can see the errors in IE. thanks :)
