CSS Printing clips at bottom

Problem present in both IE6 and FireFox

When I print my pages, the copy gets clipped at the bottom. It clips text and pictures. Any suggestions?
I am using a print.css style sheet but I must be doing something wrong...

Have you set a fixed height for the body?
