I noticed that on the Webmaster World boards the links change to Yellow in IE, but don't change in Netscape.
Is there a clean way to do this in NS?

Nope, short of using images roll-overs as far as I know.

txbakers,
I just had a look in NS 6.2 and the a:hover was working fine, which version browser are you using?

Hover links do not work in Netscape unless its 6+

Guess I should have been more specific - hover links don't work in NN4 - that's when you need to use image rollovers.

According to this [dhtmlnirvana.com], NS6 still has some bugs re a:hover

Thanks all. That does explain it. I'm testing on NN4.7. I was tempted to "Just Say No" to a Netscape version, but there are still a few people who use it.
I'm touting my project as a "work from any computer" deal so I will probably get some Netscape users.

And so it does, happened to find this last night while doing some deep-diving for something else. I've tested it on NS4, NS6, and IE6 (pc).
