Saw it here a few months ago but can't find it

It was a web demo about what CSS can do for you.

Twas produced in a linear almost slide show like website. It made examples of big websites like MSN and showed what benefits there were by applying CSS design to an HTML only site.

Was visually pretty cool but I am looking for the comparison statistics for a proposal to new clients.
