how to implement this?

I have a fairly simple "dark" style page I'm setting up for a gaming group. Some of the folks who use the site have requested a "light" version, as being easier on their eyes. Without having a fairly complex control panel setup such as here (and which I do use on the message board on the site in question), how would I offer users the choice of "dark" or "light", and set it (presumably with a cookie of some sort) so it loads the selected version whenever a specific user returns to the site?

I have already formulated both stylesheets, and provided light versions of the dark graphics. I just need the actual functionality of the switch....

Hop over to your favorite search utility and type in "stylesheet switcher" and you will have plenty of options to choose from. You can narrow it down by specifiying the technology you prefer to use (ie: "javascript stylesheet switcher").

Oh, is that what they're actually called? Thanks.
