CSS Condenser?

Anyone know of a program that will automatically condense my CSS file?

I am not talking about removing the white spaces but rewriting my css files in shorthand.

Yes there is at least one very good program called "Topstyle Pro"
made by the same person that makes FeedDemon. If the shorthand
feature is not on by default, you have to go into options, stylesweeper.

If you are using Dreamweaver you've been using TopStyle Lite (which is not upgradable to the Pro version).

One of the features I like is that it will let you know which elements have problems with particular browsers.

There is a functional demo good for 20 times.
