Animated GIF background image in Safari

I have an Animated GIF as a background image and it works in all browsers Ive tested it on except Safari on the MAC?

any ideas .. is this a bug?

If so is there a work around?

Erugh, safari! that's one thing i hate about apple, they make great comps but when it comes to software, oh dear!

What is the site address? Let me have a look (i got me a PB G4!).

It could be a bug, or it cud be that your animated gif may not run on a loop?

We'll see!
