I am new to the list and still learning css. I tried generating a css page layout using Adobe ImageReady 3.0 but it seems like it's only generating my page using absolute positioning. I will like to use relative positioning instead or even a combination of both. Is this possible in ImageReady?
Also is it possible to center the content automatically once the file is saved? I noticed that it is always top left.
Also, last night I downloaded a trial of Rapid CSS 2004 to help me in my learning process and was able to create a page. If anyone know of this app I will be glad to hear your input.
Thanks folks
Dave
Sorry I don't know, as I learnt CSS via hand-coding...
I think the hardest part of learning CSS and Designing must be that you cannot simply slice an image and then make it fit, like into a table, rather you create your page then manipualate the image(s), which can be attached to whatever elements suit best in order to give the same suggestion...
I don't know what application to suggest, I've heard Topstyle is one of the better CSS editors, however I wouldn't like to recommend one seeing as I don't use any of them with any regularity..
