CSS Text Going from Bold to Very Slightly Dim

Changes with Each Page Re-load

This is so strange, I'm going to have a hard time describing it...

When I view my page with it's text done in css, titles done in 18pt Times-Roman and 13pt Arial on the TOP THIRD of the page appear very, very slightly bolder than normal.

Then when I mouse over any link for the FIRST TIME since loading the page, those titles go back to looking normal. (IOW, they dim very slightly from how they looked when I first loaded the page.)

After that, things stay normal in appearance. Each time I reload the page, the entire sequence starts over again.

What do you think...TwilightZone?

Did a re-start and the problem went away. Gremlins, I guess.
