need help with browser re-sizing issue

hi guys, I'm working on a website and it looks great at full screen and on mobile phone width however when you begin to resize the browser, it foobars at the medium and below size and I can't figure out whats going on. Or, if there is a easy way to restructure the page to make it re-sizable and reactive. I'm using foundation framework, and I thought it would be re-sizable by default but I may have done something non-standard causing the foobarness. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi jarg7, welcome to the forums. As a new user here, you may not realize that the only place to get site reviews or site-specific help with an issue is in the Supporters' Forum. Out here we try to stick to general issues to help more people who may be having the same problem. Your css issue will need to be spelled out as to the code that is causing the problem and where/how you are seeing the issue.
