I recently finished up a brand-new www site for my art studio. The studio I'm
in, that is. I don't run it. The overall color scheme-- chosen because it's visually restful and doesn't detract from the paintings-- is #DED on #363, toggling to #030 on #CDC for the text blocks. When I was halfway through, it occurred to me:
"light green on dark green! All text is centered! I smack your style sheet with a dead haddock!"
(I wish I could claim credit for that last bit. But I'm only quoting.)
It just goes to show that... well, I don't know what exactly, but I'm sure it goes to show
something.
