img BG but resize

How is it done?

This is something I see nowadays here and there
for example here (A serious French newspaper)
[lemonde.fr ]
the BG is an image (as I inspected the page from Opera)
but how do they deal with many different screen resolution as it fits 100% the monitor.
How will you do it?

don't understand your question, that page doesn't resize at all at different sized browser windows, it's fixed width and centered

... or am i missing the point?

(ps. using opera too)

OK, got it, my mistake as I checked it with three machines, same setup, while I was under the impression that one of them had a different setting
anyway thanks, now it makes sense :)
