The counter on the URL specified is nt actually showing in my web browser. Maybe you could tale a screen capture of that page then post the jpeg somewhere online for this forum members to see. Someone here might be able to point you on the right direction for sure.

Making a geo visitors map (is that what you mean?) is something that would challenge people with a computer science degree.
This doesn't seem to have much or anything to do with CSS - this would likely be better asked in a different forum on webmasterworld.
Search google for "geo visitors script" or "geo visitors map" and see what comes up
