Website is a mess in IE6 and7

I designed a site that looks great in IE8 and Firefox. However, it doesn't workin IE6 or 7. I'm mainly concerned about getting the layout correct in IE7. I am using several floating divs.

Yes. Fix the errors in the source code so your website validates:

I fixed a few issues with the navigation. The rest of the errors don't seem to be something that would affect the layout. Any other thoughts?
