List item moves other elements when clicked

I'm having a real trouble with some unordered list items that change state when clicked.

When clicking on the far right tab of the tabbed table (mid page in green) It seems to mess up the positioning of all subsequent list item.

Has any one any ideas what's going on here ?

Solved:

I removed the Margin for <ul> elements :) Not sure why it caused the problem but it's fixed now :) What would we do without Firebug !
