Using hidden DIV tags to get content that is lower on the page to be more easily crawled by the serps higher up. All content is legitimate and shows, but is using the hidden div ok as far as Google is concerned. Tried absolute positioning, but wasn't able to work that out.

Thanks in advance.

In my experience, yes, it is a problem. I experimented with this on a page once. If a significant amount of content is hidden in any way, it may be ok for a while . . . then tank in the next index.

It's a good question though, I don't know how sites with "see more" hidden divs seem to do OK.
