Background image not being displayed in opera and firefox

Please help, I'm pulling my hair out here.

The background image on my website is not being displayed in opera and firefox. It displays in ie7/ie8. Would appreciate some help as I've been trying to fix this for about 8 hours now and I'm about the throw the PC out the window.

I don't have time to download and debug your css file but at a quick guess you probably have a specific check for browser in there and haven't replicated the code for non IE browsers.
