Background Problem

Hi people,

I have built this site and it is all working ok apart from I am having problems with the background not fully loading when you first enter the site.

The top section just shows the blue background, but when you go into any other page it seems to work fine.

Please can somebody help me sort this.

Welcome y2kjonrichards. The personal link is going to get chopped, so I cannot use it as a reference.

Are you using a large, slow-loading image for the background?

My recommendation is to strip the HTML and CSS down to the problem itself by commenting out extraneous markup unrelated to the problem. If the fix is not found during this process, post the test ready code that replicates the problem and we will look at the options.

Be sure to declare a DTD and validate the markup. That will avoid, eliminate, or rule out many problems.
