I would suggest stripping the HTML/CSS down to the problem itself, and then posting test ready code with an explanation of the problem and and preferred rendering. More likely than not you will solve the problem in the process of isolation; problem and solution suddenly readily apparent.
Nobody's going to want to download the page, relevant files, and debug from scratch. We all get paid for that. LOL
Isolate the problem, post only that code, and then it should be easily corrected.
