Styling title atrribute for a label with CSS

Hi,

I'm working with Joomla and this is the tooltip code that is generated that I want to style:

<label title="Tooltip text<p>More text in tooltip</p><p>And some more text</p>" for="xy_data">Tooltip text:</label>

Is it possible to style the label[title] using CSS so that it pops up when hovered over like a tooltip, but styled as I want?
