Yet another IE related CSS problem

Hi guys, I have been trying for hours to find a solution to this problem. IF you go to <snip> that I am working on, you will see that the slider and the top menu is not rendering properly on IE.

Please describe your problem with it not rendering "properly", and post some *minimal* relevant code that still reproduces the problem.
