div height 100% problem

Hello,
concerning the article [webmasterworld.com...] I hoped to figure out my problem with the div height 100% - but I don't.

I have 3 columns. If my content is between the 100% - shown on the screen (browser height), there is no problem - everthing is fine. But if I enter much more text in the right column e.g. in the example in the above link, the text will break out of the 100% (browser window).
How can I use real 100% also if the text reaches the ende of the browser window or is there a way to set all divs to the max of the highest div. (left/right column example)
