Problem with image align in IE

I'm trying to align an image to the right of some text but I cannot seem to get it so that it is inline correctly.

The problem is with the image under 'projects' in the sidebar here: <snip>

It displays correctly in Firefox but it completely off in IE. I just can't figure out a way of coding it so that it works in both browsers, any ideas?
