Gap at bottom of form

I'm struggling a bit with the layout of this page: <snip>

You'll notice there's a huge gap at the bottom of the form before the dotted rule line at the very bottom of the page. I don't want there to be but if I remove the height of this containing DIV then the dotted rule decides to go behind the form.

I just can't figure out what's going on.

Any ideas or help would be very much appreciated.

Take out the paragraph tags just above your closing form.

I've removed those but still no luck

Okay then change your div height from 420 to somewhere around 360 or so...

Arhh, thanks for that I've changed it to 324 and that has reduced the gap.
