I like to reference Firefox's error console to pin down scripting errors. I've got a completely error free site with the exception of the Google Translate box which is causing the following CSS error:

Warning: Error in parsing value for property 'overflow'. Declaration dropped.

To verify, I placed Google Translate JS on a blank html page and the error still pops. I've also noticed it on any site that uses Translate.

It doesn't affect layout but it's pretty annoying that the site is perfect except for something beyond my control that originates from an advocate for proper code.

/* END RANT HERE */

Did you -when cooled off :o - contact Google and told them they had a css error in their code ?

Blowing off steam is one thing, but -as always- explaining the problem to those that can change it is a path that's slightly more likely to lead to a solution.

when cooled off

lol - I wasn't throwing furniture, I promise.

No, I didn't contact Google but that is the most constructive thing to do.

I'll do that today - thanks.
