rounded tables

is it possible for the table element to be rounded?

Hi

I have a website designed using tables.

Is it possible to create rounded tables?

I know it sounds a stupid question but I have literally tried all day and tried many solutions. And none of them worked.

I was just wondering if tables can be rounded using the likes of CSS or javascript? Or am I wasting my time trying?

Stu Nicholls of CSS Play has done quite a bit of experimenting with the idea...

In one of his demos - which requires only 12 lines of CSS and no javascript or anything else - he says

no graphics were used in the making of this demonstration.
All it takes is four quadrants of a bullet point positioned absolutely in each corner
