Image Slightly Cut in IE7 but fine in Firefox

Hi there,
I'm having a problem with my website, I have a PNG image in the shape of a rectangle which contains text and images etc.
But in IE7 it is slighly cut at the bottom and right side, but in Firefox it looks perfect.

I've tried fixing it but nothing has worked, can anyone suggest something?

perhaps you could let us know what Doctype [webmasterworld.com] you're using? maybe IE is in "quirks" rendering mode
