Welcome! to WebmasterWorld!
I would suggest Looking up Charles Wyke-Smith's Stylin' css book.
Also, if you do some searches on WebmasterWorld and on google for things that you would like to learn, I'm sure that you would come up with a wealth of information.
WebmasterWorld's Library [webmasterworld.com] is an excellent place to look for information. You might want to give that a peek to see what wealth of information you might find in there.
Hope this helps!
Being a 4 out of ten, I'd suggest getting one that's beginning to intermediate level. I got one that's "intermediate to pro" and while I did find some of it useful, most of it's over my head, far more advanced than I'll ever want to be, and the way it's written is hard to follow.
Something I've seen, with both books and online tutorials, is that it helps not only to have examples of how the CSS is written, but also to have examples with it for how to use the styles in HTML.
For just one book: a beginning book with good examples and clear writing, and then online tutorials can be used for more advanced features and shortcuts
