Im trying to redesign my website. Im starting with a template and using it as a base.
I started from scratch using the template as a guide, slowly builing it up with some neat, clean code.
My problem is with the two column divs (#left and #right). They dont fill the container (#page), and their text isnt using the alignment from the #page code above it. They generally dont work!
Basically, i want to get it back to like the template, but with my own cleaner code. I need the two columns next to eachother, filling the space, with the text properly aligned. Can anyone see what i need to do?
Thanks
Any help is much appreciated. This has been annoying me for ages.

[edit reason] no urls thanks [/edit]
However, though better im still having problems. The #left and #right dont seem to fill the height they need to. As you can see the image overflows, and the individual background images arent shown "all the way" instead you see a cut off where the image meets the background colour.
Also, in IE i have a really annoying bug. I load the page and the #content is pushed down. I then select some text in the #content (ie in #left or #right) and the #content then jumps back up to where it should be?!
