Best way to do this?

Trying to get content formatted in a box correctly

So I'm working on a design, and I had a question regarding the best way to make something look right using CSS. I'm trying to make it look like this screenshot: <removed>

What I'm trying to figure out is the best way to do the bottom part of the screenshot with the site name and description, as well as the orange line in-between the screenshots.

Any help would be appreciated.

Give your li.projname some height and float it to the left, set it to display:block ?
