Firefox Mac overflow scrolling problem

I am having problems w/ scrolling on this page

If you do a I'll call it a "grab scroll" or use scroll controls rather than using mouse scroll, a small approx 200px section will just stay in place. So far I can only replicate in Firefox, I have had other people see this as well.

Any ideas on this? Thanks

That's because your link box eats into the scrolling area, and FF seems to have a bug. Make your link box stop before it gets over the scrolling area.

Use the Web Developer FF toolbar, and do an Outline Block Level Elements. You'll see what I mean.
