1.) Post only clientside code when you're in a clientside forum. I generally copy and paste the posted code to a new text file and open it up in Firefox so serverside code is going to add unnecessary funk in to the mix.
2.) Post a full page test case. This is especially important when dealing with clientside code because browsers have quirks and standards mode. Does your company use IE's quirks mode or standards? Don't know? Create a test case including a full page example without unnecessary code (so include the doctype, html elements, etc). You want to ask people to answer you, not guess what the page should look like.
3.) Use the [quote] and [/quote] BB code to make your posts easier to read.
4.) If you're going to use a domain name stick to example.com.
5.) Stick your page's CSS code at the top inside of a style element. By the time I would be done reconstructing your page in guess mode I'm not even sure you'll be seeing what I'm seeing and it is self-defeating for you so I'm just trying to make you aware of how to ask more effective question when you compose your question.
6.) You're talking about Internet Explorer...so...what version of Internet Explorer? 5.0, 5.5, and 6.0 have almost completely identical rendering, 7.0 is relatively improved and 8.0 is vastly improved.
Now as far as an answer goes I can only be as specific as your question. Since it lacks a doctype and other structural information I can't give you the answer you desire. But I'll give it a shot...
How does this look in Firefox, Opera, and Safari? Is the page rendering in standards mode? If Firefox, Opera, and Safari look fine and IE does not I would recommend using conditional comments to correct the issue.
So reconstruct the page without ASP, stick your CSS in a style element, make sure your example page validates in the W3C validator using direct input here...
http://validator.w3.org/
...and when you post let us know what version of IE you're having trouble with. *Then* we can be much more helpful.
