Is it possible to change the whole language of a page via css? I saw a very good example but don't know how they managed it.
Can anybody help me in this case, give me some tips.

You mean page translations, right? There are various services you can use with server side technology to translate your existing page. It's also possible that you could have different text files set up for each language. While being more accurately translated (done manually), it ovbiously takes tons more work. A simple google search should give you some free and/or non-free results on what sort of applications you can get. I can not recommend any myself.
